This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and matbet governing your access to and use of the matbet platform, including all sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and account services. Please read it in full before registering or placing any bets.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the matbet platform — including creating an account, placing bets, depositing funds, or playing casino games — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must cease using the matbet platform immediately.
For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the User and matbet. They govern all use of the matbet platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, and participation in promotions.
2.2 By completing the matbet account registration process, the User expressly represents that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full, together with the matbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2.3 matbet reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment shall constitute the User's acceptance of the revised terms. matbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users of material amendments.
Note: These terms are published in English. In the event of any dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail in all circumstances.
21+ ONLY: The matbet platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration, betting, and casino gaming by persons under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active matbet Account, a User must:

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period requested by matbet may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any balance handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.
3.3 In the event matbet discovers that a User is under the age of 21, or that age verification documentation provided was false or fraudulent, matbet shall: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the User's Account; (b) void all bets placed by the underage User; (c) return any deposited funds that have not been used in wagering; and (d) report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority where required by the licensing framework.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered matbet Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
4.2 Users must provide accurate information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. This information must match any identity documentation submitted for verification purposes.
4.3 matbet may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a User to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:
4.4 The User is solely responsible for the security of their Account login credentials. matbet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account arising from the User's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Users must notify matbet support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorised access.
4.5 Accounts are strictly non-transferable. The User must not share their login credentials with any third party, permit any third party to place bets using their Account, or act as agent for any other person in connection with their use of the matbet platform.
5.1 matbet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods displayed in the matbet Cashier section at the time of transaction. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK transfers, subject to availability. matbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit on the matbet platform is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for individual payment methods may vary and will be displayed during the deposit process.
5.3 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. matbet reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.
5.4 Withdrawals from a matbet Account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the User's name. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the User's account KYC verification is complete.
5.5 matbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing timelines may vary by payment method and are subject to the User's VIP tier on the platform. Accounts at Gold VIP tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
Bonus Funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotional terms at the time of offer. Real-money funds deposited by the User are, however, withdrawable at any time subject to the standard withdrawal process.
5.6 matbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering obligation under the platform's licensing framework and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing by the User.
6.1 All bets placed on the matbet sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, as published in the matbet Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific Sportsbook Rules, the specific Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant sporting event.
6.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. matbet does not guarantee odds for any extended period and reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to a bet being placed and confirmed.
6.3 Once accepted and confirmed by matbet, a bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where matbet offers a specific Cash Out facility for the relevant market, which the User may utilise in accordance with its applicable terms.

6.5 Winnings from accepted bets will be credited to the User's matbet Wallet in PKR promptly following the settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timelines are determined by the availability of official results from the relevant sporting body.
7.1 matbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement by incorporation.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all matbet bonuses:
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to eliminate risk while completing wagering requirements, or exploiting any error in a promotion's terms — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. matbet reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected or suspected.
Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods for each matbet promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and must be reviewed prior to claiming any offer.
8.1 The matbet Casino lobby provides access to a range of games including video slots, jackpot slots, live dealer table games, virtual table games, and specialty games ("Casino Games"), provided by certified third-party software providers. All Casino Games available on the matbet platform are sourced from providers whose software has been certified for fairness and compliance with the applicable licensing standards.
8.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each Casino Game is determined by the game provider and will generally be accessible within the individual game's information panel. matbet does not alter or interfere with the RTP or random number generation (RNG) of any game offered on the platform.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a Casino Game session — including disconnection, software error, or game freeze — matbet's system log shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes. matbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the matbet platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the matbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the User to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any matbet content without the express prior written consent of matbet.
12.3 Unauthorised use of the matbet brand, logo, or any platform content may constitute infringement of matbet's intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly under applicable law.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, matbet shall not be liable to any User for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:
13.2 matbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their matbet Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
13.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude matbet's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by matbet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
14.1 matbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the matbet platform, the User acknowledges and consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 matbet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and matbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.
14.3 matbet will not sell, share, or disclose a User's personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
15.1 This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under matbet's international gaming license jurisdiction.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and matbet, the User should first contact matbet's customer support team in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. matbet will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority under matbet's licensing framework. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.1 matbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
16.2 Where amendments are material in nature, matbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. In all cases, it is the User's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version.
16.3 If a User does not accept any amendment to this Agreement, they must cease using the matbet platform and may request account closure via the customer support team. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised terms.
